Mental Health 101 is a foundational, trauma-informed education program designed to increase mental health literacy, reduce stigma, and equip individuals and organizations with practical tools for emotional wellness.

The program builds understanding of common mental health challenges while promoting early intervention, healthy coping, and supportive environments.

How It Works
