This is the politically Active Arm of the Redemption Family. We are a social Welfare nonprofit organization that fights to extend protection for Late Adolescents, ban life without parole for all juveniles and advocate for law changes for ALL incarcerated and formerly incarcerated peoples in Michigan and Beyond.

TARP has acted politically and succeeded where many have not. We built voter groups in prisons statewide. We motivated thousands of inmates, who then helped their families vote for Pro-Redemption Candidates. This led to the election of 3 Supreme Court Judges, 3 progressive prosecutors, and 3 Detroit

This led to the election of 3 Supreme Court Judges, 3 progressive prosecutors, and 3 Detroit Judges.
TARP has been foundational in supporting Second Look legislation, co-hosting 2 rallies on the steps of the State Capital in Lansing Michigan.
